Spectral graph theory report

A self-chosen technical report and presentation building spectral graph theory from the adjacency matrix up to the Fiedler vector and spectral clustering, including two original proofs and figures generated entirely from committed Python and Manim code. Scored 100% on all three tests set for the paper.
